【摘要】 通过问卷调查、随机抽样调查的方式对泰州具有代表性的乡镇进行了住宅建筑年代、房屋层数、房屋结构分布、外窗玻璃层数等居住现状的调查,落实当地既有住宅的建筑能耗,总结当地建筑节能现状。调查的结果表明:乡镇住宅施工技术落后,居民节能意识薄弱,而且人们对夏季降温、冬季取暖的要求很高。在此基础上,通过对乡镇住宅建筑的详细调查与分析,有针对性地提出合理化节能改造建议,以期对泰州地区住宅的节能改造提供理论支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to provide theoretical support for building energy-saving transformation in Taizhou township region,the status,usage and building energy consumption of existing residential buildings were investigated,through the questionnaire investigation and random sampling investigation.Then the local energy conservation status was summarized.The local construction technology is poor,the residents’ energysaving consciousness is weak,but the demand about cooling in summer and heating in winter is large.The rational retrofitting advices are proposed.更多还原
