严寒地区XPS板外墙外保温系统温度应力模拟研究
System Simulation on Temperature Stress of XPS Board Exterior Insulation in Cold Region
【摘要】 通过对薄抹灰与厚抹灰两种构造形式的XPS板外墙外保温系统进行温度应力模拟分析,选出适合于严寒地区使用的构造。利用有限元分析方法,模拟在不同温度工况下,两种构造在面层材料、XPS板厚度与拼接方式等变化时相应的温度应力状况,并对模拟数据进行比较分析。薄抹灰XPS板外墙保温构造在外界环境温度变化时,其面层砂浆产生的应力明显超过添加胶粉聚苯颗粒的厚抹灰构造,厚抹灰构造使抗裂砂浆面层的温度应力有所减小,系统抗裂能力得到提高。胶粉聚苯颗粒层达到20 mm以上的厚抹灰构造,其温度应力变化可满足系统抗裂要求,适合在严寒地区应用。
【Abstract】 Through analysis on the temperature stress of XPS board external thermal insulation system under different structure forms, XPS external thermal insulation system is suitable for severe cold re-gions. Simulation is conducted for the stress of XPS board external thermal insulation system under different temperature conditions such as different surface materials, different thicknesses, and different splicing ways; besides, contrastive analysis is made for the simulated data. The stress generated by the surface mortar of thin plastering XPS board external thermal insulation system is obviously higher than that of thick plastering structure in which adhesive polystyrene granules are added when the outer circumstance temperature alters. For thick plastering structure, which can counteract some thermal deformation stress,re duce the temperature stress of anti-crack mortar surface, and improve crack resistance capacity of the surface. Temperature stress variation of thick plastering structure whose adhesive polystyrene granule layer reaches more than 20 mm can meet crack resistance requirement of the system. Thus it can be applied to severe cold regions.
