【摘要】 目的了解目前青岛市部分育龄妇女人工流产现状,分析其避孕失败的原因。方法对2012年9月至2012年12月在青岛市市立医院及莱西市人民医院妇科门诊就诊并需行人工流产的1 037例患者,在术前进行不记名问卷调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果参与调查的患者中未婚人员占21.41%,已婚占78.59%;567例研究对象有人工流产史,占调查人员的54.73%;参与调查者最小年龄为17岁,最大年龄为47岁;所采用的避孕措施,依次为自然避孕(310例,占29.89%),紧急避孕药(297例,占28.64%),避孕套(60例,占5.79%),宫内节育器(46例,占4.44%),未采用任何避孕措施者324例,占比31.24%。结论有效避孕措施使用少是导致广大妇女人工流产的主要原因,应加大避孕知识的宣传,提高女性的避孕意识和能力,以减少意外妊娠的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To inverstigate the status of induced abortion among women of childbearing age in some areas of Qingdao, and analyze the reasons of contraceptive failure. Methods A hospital-based study was conducted by questionnaire among 1037 child-bearing age women who would undertake induced abortion in Qingdao Municipal Hospital and Laixi Peoples’ Hospital from September2012 to December 2012, and the datas from the questionnaires were analyzed. Results Among 1037 women, induced abortion accounted for 78.59% in married women, and unmarried accounted for 21.4%. 567cases( 54.73%) had experienced induced abortion. The youngest is 17 years old and the oldest is 47 years old. In terms of contraceptive methods, 310 cases( 29.76%) follow the rhythm, 297cases( 28.64%) take emergency contraception, 60 cases( 5.79%) use condem,46 cases( 4.44%)use Intrauterine Device and 324( 31.24%) cases use nothing. Conlusions Low rate of contraception is the main reason for induced abortion. It is necessary to increase their awareness of contraception,provide feasible contraception to enable women to avoid unwilling pregnancy.更多还原
