【摘要】 目的 分析辽宁省结核病防治志愿者的人员构成及宣传方式,为今后更好地开展结核病防治知识宣传活动提供依据。方法 利用2013—2015年来自全省14个市、52个县级结核病防治机构上报的志愿者信息(人数、年龄、学历、职业、宣传形式等)和志愿者每年开展宣传活动的数据进行统计,分析结核病防治志愿者的现状和开展宣传活动的形式。结果 辽宁省2013—2015年共发展结核病防治志愿者10 234名,2013年6510名,2014年1997名,2015年1727名。志愿者年龄在18～49周岁者占75.84%(7761/10 234);文化程度达到高中者占34.70%(3551/10 234),达到大学者占45.68%(4675/10 234);学生、医务人员分别占32.30%(3306/10 234)、25.83%(2643/10 234),教师、工人和无业人员总共占10.35%(1060/10 234)。宣传方式中现场宣传7465次,占所有宣传方式的69.49%(7465/10 742)。每次活动参加人数在30名以下者为6701次,占活动次数的52.88%(6701/12 671);100名以上者占12.63%(1600/12 671)。结论 辽宁省结核病志愿者以青年人为主,多数具有高中以上文化,职业上以学生和医生居多,教师、工人数量较少,这也是今后工作中需要大力开发的人群,志愿者组织的宣传活动以现场宣传为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the activity quality of knowledge dissemination of tuberculosis(TB)prevention and treatment by analyzing the publicity methods and constitutions of Liaoning provincial volunteer involved in this action. Methods To analyze the volunteer information reported by 14 cities and 52 countries(number of volunteers,age,education background,occupation,publicity method,and so on)as well as the form of TB knowledge dissemination activities. Results From 2013 to 2015,10 234 people were developed as volunteers of TB knowledge dissemination(6510,1997 and 1727 volunteers respectively in 2013—2015).75.84%(7761/10 234)volunteers aged between 18 and 49,34.70%(3551/10 234)volunteers had high school degree,while 45.68%(4675/10 234)volunteers had university degree.Meanwhile,32.30%(3306/10 234)and 25.83%(2643/10 234)volunteers were students and medical professionals,but teachers,workers and unemployed persons altogether accounted for 10.35%(1060/10 234).As to volunteer activity,7465 times of live activity accounting for 69.49%(7465/10 742)of all publicity activities.As for the number of participants in each activity,below 30 in 6701 times accounting for 52.88%(6701/12 671)and more than 100 accounting for 12.63%(1600/12 671). Conclusion Liaoning provincial volunteers were mostly young people and their education background were mostly higher than high school,most of whom were students and medical professionals.As to teachers and workers constituted only a very little part of volunteers,so we need do more work in these two kinds of people.The major activities organized by volunteers were on field publicity.更多还原
