【Abstract】 Interferon-gamma release assay(IGRA)is a new technology for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection.This paper,which is based on the domestic clinical data,reviews the current situation and progress of IGRA in the context of high burden of tuberculosis and universal vaccination of Bacillus Calmette Guerin(BCG)for newborns in our country.The aim is to explore the feasibility and value of clinical application,and to provide suggestions for the clinical application range.更多还原
