γ-干扰素释放试验在我国应用的现状与进展
Current situation and progress of interferon gamma release assay in China
【摘要】 干扰素释放分析试验(IGRA)是检测结核分枝杆菌感染的新技术。笔者依据国内临床研究数据,综述IGRA在我国结核病高负担、新生儿普遍接种卡介苗(BCG)的背景下的现状与进展;探讨其临床应用的可行性及价值;提出临床应用范围等相关建议。
【Abstract】 Interferon-gamma release assay(IGRA)is a new technology for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection.This paper,which is based on the domestic clinical data,reviews the current situation and progress of IGRA in the context of high burden of tuberculosis and universal vaccination of Bacillus Calmette Guerin(BCG)for newborns in our country.The aim is to explore the feasibility and value of clinical application,and to provide suggestions for the clinical application range.
