【摘要】 目的:探讨莫沙比利联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院2012年7月至2014年12月确诊的胎龄29~35周的喂养不耐受早产儿64例,随机分为治疗组34例和对照组30例。对照组给予常规处置,包括保暖、静脉营养、防治感染等;治疗组在常规处置基础上给予莫沙比利联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片口服或鼻饲给药,连用7~10 d为1个疗程。治疗3 d后,观察两组的治疗效果与不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率91.18%,高于对照组的66.67%,治疗组患儿的呕吐消失时间、腹胀消失时间、达全胃肠喂养时间、体质量出现增长时间及恢复出生体质量时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗期间两组患儿肝肾功能、电解质、心肌酶谱及血常规等均正常,无肝、肾、心肌损害及功能性腹泻、消化性溃疡、肠道菌群失调等不良反应。结论:莫沙比利联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片口服治疗早产儿喂养不耐受安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect and security of mosapride combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets in treating preterm infants with feeding intolerance. Methods: Sixty four cases of preterm infants with feed intolerance were divided into two groups randomly from July 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital. The gestational age of these infants 29 to 35 weeks. All children were treated with conventional treatment such as keeping warm,parenteral nutrition,preventing infection and so on. Besides conventional treatment,the infants in the treatment group were treated with mosapride combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets,7 to 10 days as a course. Then the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction after 3 days were observed. Results: The efficacy of treatment group was 91. 18%which was higher than that of control group( 66.67%). The disappearing time of vomiting,abdominal distension,time of reaching full enteral feeding,time of increased body weight,time of regaining birth weight( FBW) in treatment group were shorter than those of control group( P<0.05). The liver and kidney function,electrolyte,myocardial enzymes and routine blood of the children in two groups were all normal. There were no liver,kidney,myocardium damage,functional diarrhea,peptic ulcer,intestinal flora imbalance and other adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion: Mosapride combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets in the treatment of feeding intolerance in preterm infants is safe and effective. It is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
