【摘要】 目的评价术前细针针吸细胞学(fine needle aspiration cytology,FNAC)对腮腺肿瘤的诊断准确度。方法回顾性分析56例术前行FNAC的腮腺肿瘤病例,FNAC结果与病理学结果比较研究。结果 FNAC结果示38例良性肿瘤,12例恶性肿瘤,6例未明确。与病理学结果对比,恶性肿瘤真阴性为42例,真阳性为14例,假阴性为2例,假阳性为2例。恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性为85.7%,特异性为94.7%,PPV为85.7%,NPV为94.7%,准确度为92.3%。结论 FNAC在腮腺肿瘤的诊断中有重要作用,能为腮腺肿瘤性疾病的术前定性诊断提出指导意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of preoperative fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC) in salivary gland lesions.METHODS This is a retrospective study of 56 patients with salivary gland lesions who underwent preoperative FNAC diagnosis with subsequent excision and histopathologic assessment.Cytology results was compared with definitive histopathologic report.RESULTS Our study included 56 patients.38 cases were cytologically diagnosed as benign lesions,12 were malignant and 6 were suspicious.Cytologic diagnoses compared with histopathologic ones were truenegative in 42,true-positive in 14,false-negative in 2 and false-positive in 2 cases regarding detection of malignant tumors.The cytologic diagnosis achieved a sensitivity of 85.7%,a specificity of 94.7%,and a diagnostic accuracy of 92.3%.CONCLUSION FNAC plays an important role in the diagnosis of parotid gland lesions,which can provide guidance for the diagnosis of parotid tumor disease before surgery.更多还原
