【摘要】 目的探讨Napsin A在子宫内膜样腺癌(EC)、子宫内膜透明细胞癌(ECCC)、子宫内膜浆液性乳头状腺癌(UPSC)中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测30例EC、10例ECCC及20例UPSC中Napsin A的表达,同时分析其对EC、ECCC和UPSC诊断的敏感性和特异性。结果 Napsin A的阳性表达与子宫内膜癌的组织学类型密切相关。Napsin A在EC、ECCC、UPSC中的阳性表达率分别为0、80%、15%(P<0.05)。结论对于子宫内膜透明细胞癌,Napsin A是种敏感而特异的分子标志物,在子宫内膜癌不同组织学类型的鉴别诊断中具有应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of Napsin A in the differential diagnosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma( EC),endomietral clear cell carcinoma( ECCC) and uterine papillary serous careinoma( UPSC). Methods The immunohistochemical SP technique was used to assay the expression of Napsin A in 10 patients with EC,10 patients with ECCC and 10 patients with UPSC. The sensitivity and specificity of measurement of Napsin A in the diagnosis of EC,ECCC and UPSC were analysed. Results Napsin A positive expression was closely correlated with the histological types of endometrial carcinoma. Napsin A were expressed 0,80% and 15% in EC,ECCC and UPSC( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Napsin A is a specific marker for endometrial clear cell carcinoma.
