【摘要】 目的分析研究绝经后妇女骨质疏松症通过鲑鱼降钙素联合低频脉冲电磁场进行治疗的方法以及治疗效果,为临床提供依据。方法选取2013年3月至2015年3月绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者资料200例实施回顾性分析,将200例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,对照组患者通过鲑鱼降钙素进行治疗,观察组患者通过鲑鱼降钙素联合低频脉冲电磁场进行治疗,记录两组患者治疗前及治疗后2、4、8周视觉模拟疼痛评分,将结果进行统计学分析。结果观察组治疗后骨密度较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后视觉模拟疼痛评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对绝经后妇女骨质疏松症通过鲑鱼降钙素联合低频脉冲电磁场进行治疗效果安全可靠,应该在临床中大力推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women by salmon calcitonin combined with low frequency pulse electromagnetic field,and to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods From March 2013 to March2015,the clinical data of 200 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given salmon calcitonin hormone treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given the salmon calcitonin combined with low frequency pulse electromagnetic field treatment. Before treatment and 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks after treatment,the visual analog pain scores were recorded. The results were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment,the bone mineral density significantly increased in both groups( P < 0. 05); after treatment,the visual analog pain scores were significantly better in the observation group than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion It is safe and reliable to treat osteoporosis in postmenopausal women by salmon calcitonin combined with low frequency pulse electromagnetic field,so it should be widely used in clinical practice.更多还原
