【摘要】 在中国积极推进"一带一路"战略的背景下,上海合作组织成员国的金融合作获得了新的发展时机与空间,在项目融资渠道多样化、金融合作制度化以及中俄本币区域化发展中取得了新的突破。然而,面对国际和地区形势的深刻变化,在通过金融合作进而促进区域经济一体化发展的进程中,上海合作组织仍然面临着重重阻力,组织参与主体、组织功能演进、区域地缘政治经济格局等三方面存在的问题为成员国间金融合作提出了诸多挑战。针对上海合作组织金融合作的发展前景,我们给出了三种路径设想,并提出了实现最佳发展路径应采取的切实措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of promoting One belt and One Road,financial cooperation among the Shanghai Cooperation Organization( SCO) member states obtains the new development opportunity and space, and has made new breakthrough in financing channel diversification and institutionalization of financial cooperation of projects,and currency regionalization between China and Russia. However, facing the profound changes of the international and regional situation,SCO still faces hurdles,includingas main participating body,SCO function evolution,geopolitical and economic changes,when it is promoting the development of regional economic integration process through financial cooperation.
