【Abstract】 Every important event in the history of the world for more than a century is undoubtedly the revival of the ancient Chinese culture and the serious thinking and exploration of the new form of civilization values which guide the future advancement of human beings.As the historical reflection on and practical transcendence of the logic of "Western Civilization centered Theory",the formation of the new form of civilization is consistent with the establishment of the road of socialist development with Chinese characteristics,the institutional advantages of people’s interest orientation and the more and more importance of advanced thoughts and cultures.It also corresponds to the growing acceptance,respect,understanding and general identification with the new civilization in the whole world.The new form of civilization focuses on the uncertain situation of the intense confrontations,conflicts and complex games between the central cultures and values,and looks to the future.
