【Abstract】 Morphological characteristics of the saccate pollens of P. tabulaeformis Carr,P. massoniana Lamb,P. henryi Mast were examined by scanning electron microscope( SEM) by using two different preparation techniques of SEM samples,i. e. drying directly and conventional method. The effect of two different treatments was also analyzed. This study provides some useful information for related science researchers and electron microscopy workers.更多还原
