某600MW亚临界机组增容改造锅炉岛适应性研究
Research of Boiler System Adaptability for Capacity Enlargement of a 600MW Subcritical Unit
【摘要】 依据某600 MW亚临界机组增容改造前试验、增容带负荷试验及日常运行数据对机组锅炉岛各主辅机及环保设备的相关性能进行核算,结合机组增容目标确定锅炉岛对主机增容改造的适应性。通过设计数据核算和增容带负荷试验,结果表明:在机组原定改造的前提下,锅炉岛各主辅机及环保设备能够满足机组增容至630 MW的要求。
【Abstract】 On the basis of test data before capacity expansion and rate of loading and daily operation data, the performance of boiler island including auxiliary equipment and flue gas treatment equipment was calculated. The adaptability of boiler island for turbine capacity enlargement was confirmed with capacity expansion objective. By the calculating with design data and the loading test, the result indicates that, in condition of scheduled reconstruction, the boiler island could meet requirements for increasing to 630 MW.
