矿井超前地质探测仪无线多炮远程控制系统设计

【摘要】 针对现有矿井地震勘探超前探测作业过程中操作时间长、安全隐患多、有线系统铺设困难等缺点,依据国家及行业相关规程规定,提出了一种基于多炮无线通信控制系统的设计方案,采用多级中继实现远程通信,采用配接瓦斯传感器检测炮点瓦斯浓度参数,采用嵌入式系统集中管理遥控放炮、盲炮处理、数据采集和实时数据传输,采用井下防爆计算机进行实时数据解释等关键技术问题。经过工程测试,该系统铺设方便,有效提高了工作效率,减少了地震勘探作业中因前方地质情况不明诱发的次生灾害。

【Abstract】 The existing problems of seismic forward detection of mines are generally long working time,potential safety hazards and inconvenience of wire control system inconvenience.Becasue of these problems,this paper proposed a design scheme based on multi-shot wireless communication control system in accordance to the national regulations and industry-related provisions.In this system,key techniques are designed for different purposes.The multi-level relay is used for remote communication,and gas sensor is connected with the gas concentration parameter shot,with embedded systems centrally managing remote shooting,blind shot processing,data acquisition and real-time data transmission.Meanwhile,underground explosion-proof computers are used for real-time data interpretation.The practical engineering test showed that the system is easy to lay,effetive to improve work efficiency and able to lower the initiation of the secondary disasters caused by reduce seismic exploration operations due to unknown geological conditions.
