【摘要】 电子元器件国家军用标准对于提高和保证军用电子元器件的可靠性具有重要的作用。但是,由于目前我国军用标准体制还不够完善,因此我国国军标中存在的某些问题没法得到及时的修正,从而给军用电子元器件可靠性工作带来了不小的困惑,甚至是损害。列举了国军标体制的一些缺陷,并从可靠性理论角度分析了其对电子元器件可靠性工作的损害。此外,还为国军标体制的改革方向提出了一些思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The national military standards for electronic components have an important role in improving and ensuring the reliability of military electronic components. But because the current domestic military standard system is not perfect, some problems existing in the national military standards can not be improved timely, which brings a lot of confusion and even damage to the reliability work of military electronic components. Some defects of military standard system is enumerated, and the damage of the defects to the reliability work of electronic components is analyzed from the perspective of reliability theory. Besides, some ideas for the reform of military standard system are provided.更多还原
