【摘要】 由于交通不便和信息闭塞,山区扶贫是世界性难题。中国是一个多山的大国,全国山区面积约占国土面积的70%,山区人口约占全国的50%,GDP却只占全国的30%。没有山区的小康,就没有全面小康。精准扶贫为山区小康吹响了奋进的号角。在精准扶贫模式下,扶贫需要针对最重要的贫困根源进行对症下药的帮扶。结合科技发展和互联网科技,提出智慧山村的新模式。智慧山村模式可以克服山区普遍存在的交通和信息障碍。结合四川秦巴山区的实际,提出了智慧山村在四川秦巴山区的实行思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to the inconvenient traffics and information blocking,the poverty alleviation in mountainous areas is a worldwide problem.China is a mountainous country.Mountainous area accounts for about 70% of the land area;its population accounts for about 50% of Chinas population,while GDP wasr only 30% of the country.Precise poverty alleviation is a new issue.The precise poverty alleviation model needs to find the source of poverty.Combined with the development of science and Internet technology,this study proposes a new model of the smart village.The advantage of mountain village can overcome the obstacles of traffic and information.In this study,this paper puts forward the idea of the implementation of the smart mountain village in the Qinba Mountain Areas of Sichuan.更多还原
