新能源海岛微电网监控系统的设计和实现

【摘要】 为满足摘箬山岛微电网示范工程的项目需求,结合摘箬山岛现场实际情况,本文简述了海岛微电网及其监控系统的概念和特点,基于三级分层控制的思想[1],给出了一种海岛微电网监控系统的设计和实现。并且对监控系统的整体架构、通信协议、智能监控终端以及中央控制器的设计和实现做了较为细致的介绍。应用结果表明该微电网监控系统具有较好的通用性、实时性、可靠性和精确性,能够确保海岛微电网的稳定运行和灵活控制。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the project demand of the demonstration project of Zhairuoshan islanded microgrid, combining with the actual situation of the island, the concept and characteristics of islanded microgrid and its monitoring system are introduced in this paper, and the design and realization of the monitoring system for renewable islanded microgrid is proposed based on hierarchical control structure[1]. And the system structure, communication protocol and design of intelligent terminal and central controller are introduced in detail. The application results indicate that the microgrid monitoring system has good versatility, real-time, reliability and accuracy for stable operation and control of islanded microgrid.
