雷达天线罩超疏水耐候表面研究

【摘要】 雷达天线罩直接覆盖在天线表面,是保护雷达天馈系统的重要部件,天线罩的防护性能直接影响到雷达整机的可靠性,其中天线罩表面的疏水性和耐老化性能尤为重要。简述了疏水表面的原理和雨水沉积对天线传输损耗的影响,证明了天线罩表面超疏水性的重要性;简述了天线罩表面高耐候性的原理和重要性,并论述了超疏水耐候表面研究的国内外状况、制备方法和应用前景等。

【Abstract】 The radar radome is the important component protecting the radar antenna-feeding system, which is directly covered on the surface of antenna. The protection performance of the radome has a direct impact on the reliability of the radar. The surface hydrophobic and aging resistance of the radome is particularly important. The principle of hydrophobic surface and the effect of rain deposition on the transmission loss of antenna are described. The importance of hydrophobic surface on radome is proved. The principle and importance of high weather resistance on the surface of the radome is also described briefly. The domestic and international situation, the preparation method and the application prospect of super hydrophobic and high weather resistant surface are discussed.
