土壤仪器光电模块设计
Design of Photoelectric Module of Soil Instrument
【摘要】 目前在诸多土壤仪器(如毒性仪、浊度仪和含氧量测试仪等)中,光电模块是其关键子系统。其工作原理基于光电转换和朗伯-比尔定律,其结构主要包含信号调理电路、模数转换、微处理器及外围电路和通信接口电路。论文设计的光电模块可用于透光率测量等诸多领域,通信接口丰富,可实现物理量采集、处理和传送的自动化和网络化,是土壤仪器发展的重要方向。
【Abstract】 The photovoltaic module has become the key subsystems of current many soil instruments,e.g.toxicity analyzer,turbidity and oxygen content tester.Its working principle is based on the photoelectric conversion and Lambert-Beer law,and its structure mainly comprises signal conditioning circuitry,analog to digital converter,a microprocessor plus peripheral circuits and communication interface circuit.This design of photovoltaic modules can be applied in many fields such as transmittance measurement,etc.It features rich communication interfaces,enabling physical acquisition,data processing and transmission automated and using network,which is an important development direction of soil instrument.
