TiO2环形压敏电阻及其材料的主要电参数设计
Electric performance parameters design of TiO2-based ring varistor and its ceramic material
【摘要】 为了对元件性能进行优化设计,根据TiO2压敏电阻的几何尺寸及元件与材料之间电性能参数的函数关系,分析计算了极间电压V10mA不大于30 V,非线性系数α1为35,1 k Hz下极间电容C不小于10 nF的环形元件所需材料的参数分别为:相对介电常数不小于1.22×105,电流强度分别为10 mA和1 mA时所对应的电流密度J10大于10×10–3A·cm–2及J1大于1×10–3A·cm–2,在材料的J-E非线性曲线上,电场强度E10大于E10mA,E1大于E1mA,且E10与E1的比值大于1而小于E10mA与E1mA的比值。
【Abstract】 In order to optimize the performances of the ring viristor, the performance parameters of the ceramic material were calculated based on the geometry size of TiO2 varistor and the relationship of electric performance parameters between component and ceramic material. When the component parameters are as follows: electrode voltage V10mA is less than 30 V, nonlinear coefficient α1 is in the range of 3–5 and the electric capacity C is larger than 10 nF, the material parameters of relative dielectric constant εr is less than 1.22×105, current density J10 is less than 10×10–3A·cm–2 and J1 is larger than 1×10–3A·cm–2, electric field strength E10 is larger than E10mA, E1 is larger than E1mA, and the ratio of E10 to E1 is larger than 1 and less than the ratio of E10mA to E1mA.
