慢性应激与大脑海马神经再生的关系

【摘要】 当今社会压力的增大,伴随的相关疾病逐年增多,机体生理与心理疾病应得到高度重视。慢性应激可导致大脑海马神经再生障碍,这是引发学习记忆能力减退,诱发抑郁症、阿尔海茨默症等神经退行性疾病的主要原因之一。论文主要阐述慢性应激通过改变神经递质、激素的释放,炎性因子的产生,神经营养因子、生长因子的表达,以及改变相关信号通路而影响海马神经再生。从而分析慢性应激与损伤神经元再生的关系,对海马神经再生的影响,旨在为防治神经退行性疾病相关药物的研发提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 As people life rhythm is gradually speeding up,the increasing social competition has brought the serious physical and psychological chronic stresses.However,chronic stresses could inhibit the neurogenesis in the hippocampus,which is one of the main reason for the neurodegenerative disease,such as depressive disorder and Alzheimer’s.This article focused on chronic stress suppression of hippocampal neurogenesis by altering the release of neurotransmitters and hormones,inflammatory cytokine production,neurotrophic factor and growth factor expressions,and changing in the related signaling pathways.This paper expounded the relationship between chronic stress and the damage of neurogeneration,and analyzed the effects of chronic stress on the regeneration of hippocampal neurons,which aims to provide scientific basis for the development of neurodegenerative disease drugs.
