一种并行填谷均衡的动力锂电池管理系统研究
Research of power lithium battery management system with parallel filling valley balance
【摘要】 阐述开发的一套锂电池管理系统(BMS),包括电压采样电路、电池均衡电路、MCU控制电路三部分。为了克服多节电池串联后所带来的高共模电压,电压采样部分采用磁环隔离"飞电容"采样。均衡部分采用"反激式变换器"能量转移式主动均衡技术,实现并行填谷均衡功能。构建的硬件模型实测数据显示电压采样精度约达0.2%,均衡效果使得电池组单次放电时间增加6%。
【Abstract】 A lithium battery management system was developed, consisting of voltage sampling circuit, equalization circuit of batteries and MCU control circuit. In order to overcome the problem of high common-mode voltage caused by series connected batteries, the flying capacitor technique was adopted for voltage sampling circuit. Equalization circuit adopted active equalization using fly-back converter to implement parallel filling valley balance. According to the measured data, the voltage accuracy of the system can reach about 0.2% and this balance circuit contributes to6% time extension of one time battery discharge.
