【摘要】 介绍了光伏逆变器漏电流相关标准,分析了无变压器隔离的光伏逆变器的几种典型拓扑、工作原理与优缺点,阐述了多电平拓扑在光伏逆变器上的应用及其对提高效率的贡献,总结了高效功率器件在光伏逆变器上的应用,说明了调制和控制算法应用于光伏逆变器的必要性,展望了下一代逆变器的发展趋势。

【Abstract】 The leakage current standard of photovoltaic inverter was introduced. Several typical topologies of transformerless PV inverters and their operation principle with advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. The application and its contribution to efficiency of multilevel topology in the PV inverter were explained. The application of high efficiency power devices in PV inverter was summarized. The necessity of the application modulation and control algorithm was described. The trend of next generation PV inverters was forecasted.
