GP/CoSn2复合材料的制备及电化学性能
Synthesis and electrochemical performance of graphene/CoSn2 composite
【摘要】 采用低温液相还原法,通过改变锡钴比例制得了不同的石墨烯(GP)/Co Sn2复合材料。扫描电子显微镜法(SEM),透射电子显微镜法(TEM)表明,石墨烯上均匀分散着金属合金颗粒,石墨烯负载Co Sn2合金后,单片层的GP/Co Sn2自然沉降后呈三明治结构。X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)分析结果表明样品中有Co Sn、Co Sn2合金两种晶相存在。电化学性能表明,Sn Cl2·2 H2O与Co Cl2·6 H2O物质的量比为3∶1时,恒电流充放电锂离子电池首次可逆比容量为855.2 m Ah/g,第100次循环后可逆比容量为796.7 m Ah/g,容量保持率为90.4%。
【Abstract】 The GP/Co Sn2 composite materials with different ratio of tin and cobalt were prepared by the low-temperature liquid phase reduction method. SEM and TEM images show that the obtained composite material presents sandwich structure,and the nanoparticles of alloy are uniformly dispersed on graphene. The XRD analysis shows that the composites contain Co Sn and Co Sn2 crystal phases. When the molar ratio of Sn Cl2·2 H2 O and Co Cl2·6 H2 O was 3∶1, the initial reversible capacity of GP/Co Sn2 electrode was 855.2 m Ah/g and it still remained 796.7m Ah/g after 100 cycles,with a 90.4% capacity retention
