基于改进开关周期平均法的多相Buck直流变换器建模研究
Research on Multiphase Buck Converters Modeling Based on Improved Switch Cycle Average Method
【摘要】 基于改进的开关周期平均法,提出了一种多相Buck直流变换器的建模方法。在电感电流连续模式(CCM)下,所建立的模型包含了电路的杂散参数和电路器件的不一致性,并对多相Buck直流变换器进行了小信号分析。MATLAB/Simulink模型仿真结果表明,所建模型的静态及动态响应结果与电路仿真结果相同,验证了建模方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 Based on the improved switch cycle average method,this paper proposed a modeling method of multiphase Buck DC converter. Under the inductor current continuous mode( CCM),the method includes the stray parameters of the circuit and the inconsistency of circuit components. The small signal analysis of multiphase Buck DC converter was researched based on the established model. A MATLAB / Simulink simulation model was carried on. The simulation results show that the static and dynamic response of the model results and the circuit simulation results is the same,verifying the effectiveness of the modeling method.
