基于二倍体自适应遗传算法的微电网分布式电源优化配置

【摘要】 以风/光/储实际的资源情况及具体的风/光/储资源的投资应用等为基础,研究了风/光/储独立微电网的资源配置和投资优化。首先,根据供电可靠性的特点,对目标函数采用自适应罚函数法进行修正;其次根据普通遗传算法的实际处理能力,采用二倍体二进制的编码方法,对二倍体二进制染色体采用常用的双基因座显性映射方法进行显性操作,并采用自适应选择率、交叉率和变异率对所编码的染色体进行处理;最后,通过MATLAB仿真软件对实际算例进行分析仿真。结果表明,该二倍体自适应遗传算法对所建立的风/光/储资源投资的电源优化配置具有较快的收敛速度和较强的全局寻优能力。

【Abstract】 Based on the application of wind / light / storage resources and the specific scenery storage resources,this paper studied the resource allocation and investment optimization of the independent micro-grid. According to the characteristics of power supply reliability,the adaptive penalty function method is used to modify the objective function. Then according to the actual processing capability of the genetic algorithm,the diploid binary coding method is used to diploid binary chromosome by commonly used double gene a dominant mapping method for explicit operation,and the adaptive selection rate,crossover rate and mutation rate of chromosome coding processing. Finally,through MATLAB simulation software,a practical example was analyzed and simulated. The results show that the diploid adaptive genetic algorithm( DAGA) has faster convergence speed and stronger global searching ability.
