【摘要】 目的研究长期给予去卵巢大鼠一定剂量人参粉对其血生化及部分脏器相关指标的影响。方法分别以0.5、1、3g/kg·bw-d人参粉掺入基础饲料喂饲大鼠90 d,另设给予基础饲料的假手术组及去卵巢大鼠对照组;试验结束取血测定血清部分生化指标;去取部分脏器测定脏器系数进行病理检查,比较各组差异。结果给予不同剂量人参粉的去卵巢大鼠肾上腺/体重比,子宫/体重比与去卵巢大鼠对照组比较有所增加,体重及血清TP、Alb、TC、TG与去卵巢大鼠对照组比较有所减少,且差异显著(P<0.05)并呈现一定的剂量反应关系。结论一定剂量人参粉长期喂养去卵巢大鼠能够对其血生化指标及脏器相关指标有一定的调节作用,预示了其可能潜在的改善妇女围绝经期症状的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of long-term feeding ginseng powder on ovariectimized rats about serum biochemical indices and organic coefficient.Methods Three groups of ovariectimized rats were given with the dose of 0.5,1,3g / kg爛 BW-d ginseng powder mixtured with foundation animal feed; one ovariectimized rats group and one sham operation group were given with foundation animal feed only for 90 days. At the end of the test, measure some of the serum biochemical indices and organic coefficient of empty stomach rats,exam the organic pathology and compare the indexes difference among the 5 groups. Results After given with the different dose of ginseng powder mixtured with foundation animal feed, ratio of adrenal weight / body weight and uterine weight / body weight can be slightly increased compared with that of ovariectimized rats group; the body weight and the TP,Alb,TC,Tg of the serum can be decreased compared with that of ovariectimized rats group.The difference is apparent( P <0.05)and there is dose-effect relationship between 3 ginseng powder groups,there was also some changes in organic pathological examination.Conclusion Long-term feeding with the certain dose ginseng powder can improve endocrine metabolism of ovariectimized rats,and there was no bad influence on rats serum and organic pathology.That indicates ginseng powder s potential role in improving perimenopausal syndrome of women.更多还原
