Thermal vacuum experimental device is mainly used for aerospace products and components to generate high-vacuum and cold / hot environment. It is also used to simulate a satellite-borne device to verify its properties and parameters of high-vacuum and cold / hot environment. The parameter design,composition and development process of thermal vacuum experimental device were introduced in this paper. Its vacuum degree and temperature were also measured to prove if these parameters could meet the requirements.
