磁场诱导制备CoFe2O4颗粒的微波吸收性能
MICROWAVE ABSORBING PROPERTIES OFMAGNETIC-FIELD INDUCED CoFe2O4 PARTICLES
【摘要】 利用化学共沉淀法在零磁场和0.5T磁场下合成CoFe2O4颗粒,样品退火温度800℃.X射线衍射图谱表明,磁场诱导的CoFe2O4颗粒结晶度变好.微波吸收性能测试结果表明,磁场诱导下制备的样品磁导率有所增加,这将更有利于实现阻抗匹配,提高吸波性能.
【Abstract】 CoFe2O4 particles have been fabricated based on the chemical precipitation route with zero magnetic field and magnetic field of 0.5 T,and annealing temperature of 800℃,respectively.The results of X-ray diffraction spectroscopy indicate that the sample annealed in a magnetic field becomes well-crystaled.Microwave vector network analyzer demonstrates that the complex permeability has a great enhancement with increasing magnetic field,which is easier to achieve impedance matching and improve microwave absorbing property.
