【Abstract】 The equipment of the demonstration experiment of the semiconductor thermoelectric effect is optimized. The large-screen digital thermometer showing the temperature changes of Peltier effect is used. The thermoelectric effect of Seebeck effect is displayed by sound,light,electricity. The demonstration effect of the equipment is significantly enhanced after optimization.更多还原
