【摘要】 山西省的政府立法,经历了一个从无到有、从少到多、从粗到细的发展历程,为山西地方政治、经济和社会发展做出了巨大贡献。但从山西省目前政府立法的现状来看,立法科学化的水平与社会政治经济文化发展还有一定的差距。本文通过对山西省现有政府规章的研究,找出其中存在的问题,并对完善山西省政府的立法行为提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The government legislation of Shanxi Province has experienced a development history which is developed from nothing,gradually increases and from coarseness to details. The legislation makes great contribution to local politics,economy and social development in Shanxi. But from the current situation of the government’s legislation in Shanxi Province,there is a gap between scientific legislative level and the development of social politics,economy and culture. This paper will find out the problems in the existing government regulations in Shanxi in order to put forward scientific advice and improve the legislative behaviors of Shanxi government.更多还原
