硅烷表面防护浸渍深度的微破损检测方法
THE METHOD OF MICRO-DILAPIDATION TESTING ABOUT THE IMPREGNATION DEPTH OF PROTECTION OF SILANE SURFACE
【摘要】 目前硅烷越来越多的被用于混凝土的表面防水处理,其中硅烷浸渍深度是评价硅烷防护效果的一个重要指标。但是现有的规范对硅烷浸渍深度测试方法均为取芯,对桥梁结构有较大的损害,文中参考碳化深度的测试方法,提出硅烷表面防护浸渍深度的微破损检测方法,并通过试验说明其完全是可行的。
【Abstract】 The silane has been used extensively in the water repellent treatment of concrete surface.In the project,there is a improtant parameters of impregnation depth,which are used to evaluate the protective effect of silane. But,now,basis on the specifications,we measure the impregnation depth of silane by coring,that produce a large damage of bridge structure. So we present method of micro-dilapidation testing about the impregnation depth of protection of silane surface,and by numerous tests,we proved the method is completely feasible.
