Z源逆变器关键技术发展综述
Development of the Z-Source Inverters and Its Key Technologies: a Review
【摘要】 阻抗源(Z源)逆变器是一种新型有潜在发展活力的电力电子变换器。由于允许桥臂直通,Z源逆变器具有高可靠性。本文首先介绍了Z源逆变器新拓扑结构方面的进展,然后从调制方式和闭环控制策略方面总结了目前存在的相关技术及其特性。最后,讨论了Z源逆变器面临的挑战及其可能的发展方向。
【Abstract】 The Z-source inverter is a novel power converter topology with potentially attractive properties. Shoot-through states are allowed in the Z-source inverter which improves its reliability. First, this paper states the present research situation of the new topologies of impedance source networks. Then modulation and control strategies are summarized from the view of their features. Challenges and some possible development trends of the Z-source inverter are discussed at the last.
