一种改进型Smith预估算法的风电机组变桨控制器

【摘要】 变桨距控制是中大型变速恒频风电机组获得恒定功率输出的技术关键,目前通常采用常规的PID控制器进行控制,由于风速变化的非线性特征,使其在稳定性与快速性方面很难达到理想效果。提出一种将改进的Smith预估控制与专家PID控制相结合的算法,消除了滞后环节、非线性因素和风场差异性对控制系统的不良影响。通过实验数据比较得出,该算法大幅减少了系统调节时间及超调量,具有良好的干扰抑制性和鲁棒性。

【Abstract】 The variable pitch control is a key technology of the medium and large VSCF wind turbine generator to obtain the constant power output. At present,the conventional PID controllers are commonly used. Since the nonlinear characteristics of the wind speed change,the controller is difficult to achieve the desired stability and rapidity. An improved algorithm combined with the Smith prediction control and the expert PID control is proposed to eliminate the adverse effects of the lag,the nonlinear and the wind field difference on the control system. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can greatly reduce the adjusting time and the overshooting amount of the system,and it has good interference-suppression capability and well robustness.
