低电压大电流混合型直流电源装置研究及应用

【摘要】 介绍了直流电源系统对大型发电厂发电机组润滑系统的重要性,论证了通过降低电源电压启动直流电机比采用电枢串电阻启动方法所具有的优越性。从蓄电池直流电源和晶闸管整流电源两方面入手,提出了混合型直流电源。设计并证明了该混合型直流电源的可行性。实现了直流电机的低电压启动和两种电源的自动软切换。同时,实现了铅酸电池直接启动直流电机,降低了投入成本和运行维护成本,大大提高了负载运行的可靠性。

【Abstract】 The importance of DC power supply in the lubricating system of the generating units of the large power plant is introduced. As regard to start the DC motor,it is proved that the superiority of the method of reducing the power supply voltage than the method of series-connecting the armature with the resistance. From the two aspects of the storage battery DC power supply and the thyristor rectifier power supply,the mixed type DC power supply is put forward and designed,and its feasibility is proved. The low-voltage startup of the DC motor and the automatic soft-switching of the two power supplies are realized. It is realized that the lead-acid battery directly starts the DC motor,which reduces the input cost and the running and maintenance costs of the system,and also improves the reliability of the load running.
