大孔树脂对2-萘胺-3,6,8-三磺酸的吸附性能

【摘要】 研究了大孔弱碱性阴离子交换树脂ND-900与复合功能树脂NDA-99对水中2-萘胺-3,6,8-三磺酸(K酸)的吸附性能.结果表明,2种树脂对K酸的吸附量均随溶液p H值的降低而增大,吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,ND-900树脂具有比NDA-99更大的K酸吸附容量.树脂表面质子化叔氨基与K酸阴离子之间的静电作用是树脂吸附的主要作用机制,溶液中的硫酸根对K酸具有明显的竞争吸附效应.热力学分析显示,K酸在树脂上的吸附为自发的放热、熵增过程.固定床动态实验结果表明,ND-900树脂对K酸废水的吸附脱附性能良好,且可回收的K酸纯度能达到工业产品的要求.

【Abstract】 The adsorption properties of 2-naphthylamine-3,6,8-trisulphonic acid( K acid) in aqueous solution by the macroporous weakly basic anion exchanger resin ND-900 and the bifunctional polymeric resin NDA-99 were investigated. The results showthat the sorption capacities of both resins increased with the decrease of the solution p H. The Langmuir model is fit for the absorption isotherm. The adsorption capacity towards K acid of ND-900 is higher than that of NDA-99. The electrostatic interaction between protonated tertiary amino groups on resins and K acid anions is the main adsorption mechanism,and sulfate in solution shows obvious competitive effect for K acid adsorption. The results of thermodynamic analysis indicate that the adsorption of K acid on both resins is a spontaneous,exothermic and entropy increase process. Under the dynamic conditions,ND-900 showed satisfactory properties of adsorption and desorption when employed to treat the industrial wastewater from K acid production process. Furthermore,the purity of the recoverable K acid can meet the industrial product standard.
