基于双端电气量的输电线路故障测距算法

【摘要】 为了解决单端故障测距受故障点的过渡电阻和对端系统阻抗的影响,提出了基于双端电气量的比相式故障测距方法。首先推导出了分布参数模型输电线路的电流分布系数公式,分析了单端比相式测距算法误差产生的原因;然后求出输电线路两端系统的非同步角;再通过将线路一端的电压电流和线路另一端的电流进行对称分量变换与反变换,推算出沿线各点的故障支路的电压和电流,利用故障支路的电压和电流相位差最小值的特征进行定位;最后采用分布参数线路模型建立超高压输电系统仿真模型在Matlab/Simlink中进行全面系统的仿真验证。结果表明所提的故障测距算法不受过渡电阻、系统阻抗、故障类型等因素的影响。

【Abstract】 To overcome the influences of transition resisance and far-end equivalent impedance on the single-terminalfault location algorithm,this paper introduces a phase-comparison algorithm for two-terminal fault location based ontwo-terminal electrical power quantities. It first deduces the current distribution coefficient formula of transmission lineusing distribution parameter model,then analyzes the error due to phase-comparison algorithm for single-terminal faultlocation. It also calculates the non-synchronous angle of transmission line at the two ends. The voltage and current offault branches along the line are calculated through comparing the voltage and current at one end with the current at theother end using phase-mode transformation and inverse transformation. The minimum value of the characteristic phaseshift between the voltage and current of fault branch is thus used in the location. In this paper,distributed parameterline model is used to established ultra-high voltage power transmission system,then simulation is done in Matlab/Simu-link. It is proved that the proposed fault location algorithm is not affected by transition resistance,system impedance orfault type,etc.
