【摘要】 目的探讨超声刀辅助下低领小弧形切口行甲状腺切除术的临床疗效及美容方面的效果。方法选取120例单侧甲状腺良性肿物患者,根据手术方式分为微创组、对照组各60例。微创组患者实施超声刀辅助下低领小弧形切口甲状腺微创手术;对照组患者行传统甲状腺手术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、平均住院时间及术后满意度。结果 120例患者手术均顺利完成,微创组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量及平均住院时间均短于对照组。且手术切口小,美容满意度也好于对照组。P均<0.01。结论采用超声刀辅助下低领小弧形切口施行甲状腺切除术是一种理想的手术方式,且有明显的美容效果,值得应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect and cosmetic result of thyroidectomy through low- collar Mini- incision with harmonic scalpel( HS). Methods Totally 120 patients were divided into mini- invasive group( 60 cases) and control group( 60 cases). Thyroidectomy with harmonic scalpel was performed in mini- invasive group. Control group was treated by traditional thyroidectomy. Operation time,peri- operative bleeding,drainage volume after surgery,days in hospital and the cosmetic result were compared. Results The operation was successfully carried out in 120 cases. Operation time,peri- operative bleeding,drainage volume after surgery,days in hospital,incision lengths and the cosmetic result had significant differences between two groups( P < 0. 01). Conclusions HS in minimally invasive thyroidectomy operation is an ideal method for thyroid surgery and has better cosmetic result.更多还原
