电力系统次同步和超同步谐波相量的检测方法
Detection Method for Sub-synchronous and Super-synchronous Harmonic Phasors in Power System
【摘要】 针对现有基于基波相量检测的动态监测装置和系统不能满足精确检测次(超)同步谐波的要求,提出一种能够同时检测次(超)同步谐波和基波相量的新方法,它改进了现有定间隔采样相量校正算法,通过自动频率检测、多模式滤波和相量校正方法,可在信号内包含多个非整次谐波分量的情况下,高精度检测出所有次(超)同步谐波和基波相量。给出了检测方法的原理和实现,采用理想测试信号和工程实际数据测试并验证了方法的精度和抗噪声能力。
【Abstract】 The existing phasor measurement unit( PMU) is based on fundamental synchrophasor technology and cannot meet the emerging requirements on monitoring sub-synchronous/super-synchronous harmonics. To address this issue, a new method is proposed to track sub-synchronous/super-synchronous and fundamental phasors that has improved the existing fixed-interval-sampling phasor correction algorithm. By using adaptive frequency detection, multi-modal filtering and phasor correction, the method can work out both sub-synchronous/super-synchronous harmonic and fundamental phasors precisely for a signal containing multiple non-inter harmonics with constantly changing frequencies. The principle and implementation of the method are presented, and its accuracy and anti-noise ability have been verified with test signals as well as field measured data of an actual system.
