计及供电可靠性的配电网节点电价计算方法

【摘要】 节点电价提供的价格信号能够有效引导电网建设和用户的消费行为。文中基于长期增量成本法,提出了计及供电可靠性的配电网节点电价计算方法。该方法综合考虑了用户对供电可靠性的要求以及负荷增长对区域供电可靠性的影响两个方面。根据用户的不同需求进行差别定价,并对区域不同可靠性水平的电价进行加权平均,得到一个差别定价与区域平均电价相结合的配电网节点电价定价体系。RBTS-BUS 6系统算例分析表明,该方法既保证了用户特殊需求,提供的电价信息也有利于电网建设运行维护方案的制订,且更具操作性。

【Abstract】 Price signals provided by the nodal price can effectively guide the behaviors of power grid constructors and consumers.Based on the long-term incremental cost method,a nodal price calculation method taking power supply reliability into account is proposed.The method takes into consideration the consumersrequirements on power supply reliability as well as the influence of load growth on regional power supply reliability.Differential pricing according to the needs of different types of consumers is proposed,and the weighted average of price according to different regional reliability levels is calculated.Then a nodal pricing system of distribution network with differential pricing and regional average price combined is developed.Finally,an analysis of results of the RBTS-BUS 6system shows that not only does the method ensure the special needs of consumers,the price signals provided,being helpful to decision-making of power grid construction,operation and maintenance plans,are more operable.
