基于模拟通行能力退化的关键路段识别——以乌鲁木齐市为例
Identification of Key Links Considering Capacity Deterioration:A Case Study of Urumchi
【摘要】 基于连通可靠度,考虑路段通行能力退化的关键路段识别,分析在发生突发事件或者异常天气时城市路网的可靠性.以乌鲁木齐市路网为例,以路网物理结构为基础,以路网效能为评价指标,辨识该市关键路段.研究表明:大部分主干路路段对于整个路网而言影响程度相似,甚至有少数路段对路网整体性能没有影响,而另外少部分路段对路网起到了重要的作用,即关键路段;随着主干路路段通行能力退化程度不断加重,路网效能损失也越来越严重,越来越多的路段显示出了自身的关键程度;当路段彻底失效时,其逆向检测实验结果出现了与通行能力退化时不同的特性.
【Abstract】 Identification of key links based on connectivity reliability and capacity deterioration are conducted to analyze road network performance under emergencies and abnormal weather. This research took Urumchi as an example,and its key links were identified by road effectiveness according to physical structural characteristics. Results show that the majority of links have similar impact on the whole network with a few links without affecting the operation of the network,while some others have a great influence. With growth of the capacity deterioration degree,the loss of network effectiveness is increasesd,and more and more links reveal its importance to the network. When the links are completely failed,the results of reverse detection test is quite different from other situations.
