柱状铁芯结构纵磁触头三维磁场仿真分析

【摘要】 建立了形状为圆柱状形铁芯结构的杯状纵磁真空灭弧室触头三维模型,采用有限元分析方法对不同个数柱状铁芯下的磁场进行了仿真分析,计算得到了触头间隙中心平面处电流峰值时纵向磁场、电流过零时剩余磁场以及磁场滞后时间,并与无铁芯结构的杯状纵磁触头进行了对比.从仿真结果可得到以下结论:电流峰值时有铁芯结构比无铁芯结构的磁场大,有铁芯结构的磁场强度随铁芯个数增加依次增强;电流过零时带有12个铁芯的触头结构剩余磁场最小、磁场滞后时间也最小;电流峰值和电流过零时12个铁芯的触头结构磁场特性都是最佳的.

【Abstract】 A three-dimensional model of the axial magnetic field( AMF) vacuum interrupter contact with cylindrical shaped iron core structure is built up with circumferentially arranged iron cores. The three-dimensional finite element models with different number of iron cores are simulated and analyzed. With the current at peak value and zero,the AMF distributions on the mid-gap plane between the moving and stationary contact surfaces are all calculated,as well as the lag time of AMF,and the results are compared with no iron cores case. The simulation results show that the AMF of the structure with iron cores is higher than no iron cores structure at current peak. With the increment of the number of iron cores,the AMF is larger; the residual magnetic field and the lag time of the contact structure with 12 iron cores are the smallest at current zero. The magnetic field distribution of the contact structure with 12 iron cores is the best at current peak and at current zero.
