四塔合一式间接空冷塔传热性能的数值研究
Numerical Research on Heat Transfer Performance of the Four in One Type Indirect Air Cooled Tower
【摘要】 四塔合一式冷却塔是将脱硫吸收塔、湿式除尘器和烟囱布置在塔内的大型冷却塔。以河北电力勘测设计院承建的某2×660 MW电厂四塔合一式冷却塔为模型,通过CFD模拟,得到了冷却塔换热的温度场和空气流场,分析了脱硫除尘设备、自然风风速和烟囱排烟对冷却塔通风换热的影响。计算结果表明:无风时,塔内布置脱硫除尘设备对冷却塔通风量的影响小于0.5%;烟囱排烟对冷却塔通风量的影响非常小;风速较大时烟气接触冷却塔的壳体,须做好塔体内外的防腐措施;有风时,脱硫除尘设备可以增大冷却塔的通风量,随风速变大,通风量增大幅度最高为11.4%。结论可为这种复合式冷却塔的设计和优化提供参考。
【Abstract】 The four in one type indirect air cooled tower puts desulfurization tower,wet precipitator and chimney inside. Taking the four in one type indirect air cooled tower of a 2 × 660 MW unit built by HEPD as a studying object,the flow and temperature fields of the cooling air are presented by CFD simulation. The influences of desulfurization devices,wind speed,chimney smoking on ventilation and heat transfer of the tower are investigated in this paper. The simulation results show the influence of desulfurization devices on ventilation quantity is less than 0. 5%without wind,as well the influence of chimney smoking on ventilation quantity is less than 0. 5%. Anticorrosion measures are necessary as flue gas touching the shell of the tower while the wind speed increasing,and desulfurization devices could increase ventilation quantity as wind speed increasing,whose growth rate can reach 11. 4%. The conclusion can provide reference for the design and optimization of the tower.
