600MW超临界机组无炉水循环泵热态启动分析
Analysis of hot start without boiler water circulation pump
【摘要】 国电费县发电有限公司1号600 MW超临界机组锅炉在热态启动过程中,发现炉水泵电机轴承磨损导致马达故障,不能参与机组正常启动,为此尝试了无炉水循环泵热态启动方案。通过分析启动过程中存在的危险点,提出了运行控制注意事项及调整要点,在机组启动过程中优化控制锅炉给水流量、风量、燃料等参数及启动速度,成功实现了600 MW超临界锅炉无炉水循环泵热态启动。
【Abstract】 During the 600 MW supercritical units hot startup process,it is found that the furnace water pump motor bearing wear to the motor chamber temperature is high,and can not participate in the unit normal start in China Guodian Feixian Power Generation Co.Ltd.A bold attempt is tried which is to hot start boiler without circulating pump program.Through the analysis of dangerous points exist in the starting process,the matters needing attention and the adjustment of operation control points are put forward.Through the optimization control of boiler feedwater flow,air flow,fuel and other parameters and startup speed of the unit,the 600 MW supercritical unit without boiler circulating pump hot start is successfully implementated.
