【摘要】 基于1996-2016年国内外几大核心期刊数据库相关文献,运用文献计量方法和社会网络分析方法,对国内外网络旅游信息研究领域的研究热点作定量研究和系统梳理。通过文献内容分析和高频关键词分析,构建高频关键词网络图谱,最终将目前网络旅游信息的研究热点归纳为四方面,分别是网络旅游信息态度与旅游决策、网络旅游信息传播、旅游公共信息服务、网络旅游信息搜寻。同时,通过对高频关键词网络图谱的进一步分析,发现"社交网络"、"电子商务"、"信息技术"3个高频关键词联系非常紧密。由此可以预测,随着自驾游游客数量的增加以及网络信息技术的进一步发展和旅游网络营销的推广,旅游电子商务、旅游社交网络信息、网络旅游公共信息服务将会成为未来网络旅游信息研究新的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Online tourism information has received more and more attention with the development of Internet economy and information sharing.The paper uses literature study and social network analysis to quantitatively study and systematically comb the hot issues of relevant literatures in the past twenty years.Through network map of high frequency key words,the paper classifies the hot issues of previous studies on online tourism information into four aspects:online tourism information attitude and travel decision making,online tourism information dissemination,public tourism information service and online tourism information searching.Meanwhile,the network map of high frequency key words shows that "social network", "e-commerce" and "information technology" are closely related.In the future,with the increase of self-driving travelers and the development of online information technology as well as tourism network marketing,tourism e-commerce,tourism social network information and online tourism information service will become the new study trends.更多还原
