级联型高压变频器的散热器优化设计策略
Heatsink Optimum Design Strategy of Cascaded High Voltage Inverter
【摘要】 以级联型高压变频器为研究对象,针对传统散热器设计中存在的过度依赖工程经验的问题,提出一种基于Flotherm热仿真软件的散热器优化设计策略。该优化设计策略共4个步骤(变换器损耗估算、散热器初步选型及热仿真、散热器优化选型及热仿真和实验验证)。给出了详细的设计及实施方法,最后,设计了一台82.8 kVA额定容量的三相/单相变换器样机,实验结果验证了该优化设计策略的有效性。
【Abstract】 According to the problem of excessive dependent of engineering experience in heatsink design of cascaded high voltage inverter,an optimum design strategy of heatsink based on Flotherm software is proposed.This strategy is composed of four steps:power loss calculation of converter,heatsink preliminary selection and thermal simulation,heatsink optimum selection and thermal simulation,and experimental verification.The detailed design and implementation method are proposed.Finally,a 82.8 kVA three-phase/single-phase converter is built,the experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed optimum design strategy.
