一起低压动态无源滤波工程故障原因分析
Analysis of the Failure in Low Voltage Dynamic Passive Filter Project
【摘要】 分析了一起低压动态无源滤波工程中滤波支路电容器和电抗器元件烧毁的原因,从滤波器设计、元件参数、系统不平衡、过零投切方式、外界环境变化等方面进行了全面的分析,确定本次故障的主要原因是滤波支路电容器的产品质量不能满足谐波严重场所的要求造成的。并通过本次故障的分析,给出了低压滤波器设计制造应注意的几个问题。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the burning reason of filtering branch capacitor and reactor elements in low voltage dynamic passive filter project is analyzed and comprehensive analysis is made from such aspects as filter design,element parameter,system imbalance,zero switching mode and variation of external environment etc. It is confirmed that the fault is mainly due to the quality of filtering branch capacitor can’t meet harmonic requirement. And several issues needing attention during the design and manufacturer of low voltage filter are proposed throughout analysis of this fault.
