【摘要】 目的:探析前交叉韧带损伤MRI诊断与临床诊断对比。方法:选择93例创伤性、急性膝关节血肿患者为研究对象,所有患者均行MRI检查、前抽屉试验以及Lachman试验,将关节镜手术检查结果作为"金标准",比较MRI检查和临床诊断结果。结果:与临床检查诊断相比,MRI检查的敏感度、准确度以及真阳性数均较高,且假阴性数低,组间比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用MRI检查诊断前交叉韧带损伤具有较高的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze MRI in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury and clinical diagnosis.Methods:93 cases of traumatic were sellected,and patients with acute knee hematoma as the research object.all patients were performed MRI,drawer before experiment and Lachman.arthroscopic surgery results as the "gold standard",MRI and clinical diagnosis were compared.Results:Compared with the clinical examination in the diagnosis of MRI of sensitivity,accuracy,and number of true positive were higher,and the number of false negatives was low.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical use of MRI in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury has higher value.更多还原
