【摘要】 目的:比较采用左侧卧位和侧俯卧位下胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术的近期疗效。方法:选取2013年5月~2015年10月间我院治疗胸腹腔镜联合食管癌患者52例,均实施根治术进行治疗。其中左侧卧位下行胸腹腔镜食管癌根治术24例,侧俯卧位下行胸腹腔镜食管癌根治术28例,回顾性分析患者临床资料。结果:侧俯卧位组胸部手术时间为(78.89±16.31)min,短于左侧卧位组的(92.61±18.94)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用侧俯卧位行胸腔镜食管癌根治术治疗食管癌,具有术区显露良好,手术时间短、出血量少以及更好的区域淋巴结清扫等技术优势,是安全可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the efficacy between two different surgical approachs for thoracoscopic and laparoscopic esophagectomy for esophageal cancer including left decubitus position and left semiprone position.Methods:From May 2013 to Oct 2015,52 patitents with thoracic esophageal cancer from our hospitaldepartment of thoracic surgery undergone thoracoscopic and laparoscopic esophagectomy were enrolled in this study.Among them,24 patients were placed in the group of left decubitus position and 28 patients in the group of left semiprone position.The clinical records of these patitents were retrospectively reviewed. Results:The time for the operation of the left semiprone position group was(78.89±16.31)min,shorter than the left decubitus position group(92.61±18.94)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For esophageal cancer,the thoracoscopic and laparoscopic esophagectomy in left semiprone position has a series of technical advantages,such as better exposure of surgical filed,shorter operative time,less blood loss,and better regional lymph node dissection as compared to that in the left decubitus position.
