【摘要】 目的:探讨Y染色体性别决定区相关高速泳动族框因子9(SOX9)蛋白在喉鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法对喉正常黏膜及喉鳞癌组织中的SOX9蛋白进行检测,分析SOX9蛋白表达与临床病理因素之间的关系。结果:SOX9蛋白在喉鳞癌组织中表达水平显著高于正常喉组织(P<0.01);SOX9蛋白在不同喉组织中的表达水平与淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(P<0.05)。结论:SOX9蛋白在喉鳞癌组织中高表达与喉鳞癌的浸润转移有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Y chromosome 9(SOX9) protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(SCC).Methods: SOX9 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in normal laryngeal mucosa and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, and the relationship between the expression of SOX9 protein and clinical pathological factors was analyzed. Results: The expression level of SOX9 protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal laryngeal tissues(P<0.01). The expression of SOX9 protein in different laryngeal tissues was related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P<0.05).Conclusion: The high expression of SOX9 protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was related to the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
